ORDERING INFORMATION

There are several options when ordering.
- You may fill out the secure order form with all information including your credit card numbers.
PLEASE NOTE: this is a secure site.
- You may print a copy of your order and FAX it to us at (603) 894-1489, with your credit card number and expiration date, 24 hours a day.
- You may E-mail us your order to ttoys@treasured-toys.com with all the necessary information.
- You may call us at our order number 888-310-TOYS (8697) . Please have your credit card ready.
- You may mail us your order form and either a check or money order or your credit card information.
Please note a street address is required for shipping, we will not ship to a Post Office Box.
POLICIES:
Return Policy: Returns must be made within 30 days of shipping date and with prior authorization. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer regarding any defective merchandise covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please check with us for details. All merchandise returned to us or the manufacturer will be shipped back at the purchaser's expense.
All of our shipments are made via UPS or US Postal Service and are insured against damage or loss in shipping, please follow the same procedure if you are making a return. If you receive any merchandise damaged in shipping, you must retain all of the original packaging if you wish to file a claim, please contact us immediately.
All merchandise pre-approved for return must be in it's original (undamaged) packaging, no merchandise will otherwise will be accepted for return. Merchandise returned for any other reason than a defect will be at our discretion, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve all rights to decline a return.
PAYMENTS:
No C.O.D.'s or cash will be accepted. Please send a check or money order made out to TREASURED TOYS (Personal checks are subject to a two week delay in shipping and returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee), all foreign checks must state US FUNDS on check. We also accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS, on all orders over $20.00. We will not bill your credit card until 48 hours prior to shipment.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping charges will be charged at the current rates through UPS or the US Postal Service, all packages will be insured against damage or loss. We will provide the packaging and handling at no extra charge. Please note a street address is required for shipping, we will not ship to a Post Office Box.
